Coming from a very corporate recruitment plc herself and seeing a gap in the market for a flexible recruitment workplace, our Female Business Owner/Managing Director has built the company around flexible working. This enables us to recruit and retain a diverse workforce – many of our recruiters, being parents, are given the opportunity to return to a meaningful career whilst still enjoying flexibility to spend valuable time with their families.

Inspire loves to help

We are privileged to be in a position where we can help those less fortunate than ourselves. Through our extensive and engaged network we have been able to support individuals in need to find a much-needed career to help get their lives on track by offering a pro-bono service (free of recruitment fees to clients) when they hire one of our specially selected candidates.

Inspire loves changing people’s lives

Our recruiters love to support the community and we give them the time they need to volunteer to the causes close to their heart. We also help them to develop themselves. As well as offering and delivering industry specific training, we encourage and support our team to follow their passions and guarantee them time off to pursue their interests and for further education during office hours.

Our company values built on honesty and integrity underpin everything that we do; our interactions with candidates and clients are sincere and truthful, and we absolutely only work in an ethical and professional manner.

Finally, we would NEVER EVER charge our candidates any fees.
