We are currently recruiting for a Communications Leader to join a very reputable multi-national company within the Oil & Gas sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote employee integration and transmit to them the Company culture, identity, values and strategy
  • Enhance company presence in Saudi Arabia through marketing and communication channels
  • Develops, adapts and implements strategic plans for Employee and Marketing Communications through specific programs for each Production and Business Units
  • Develop and implements innovative internal advertising campaigns
  • Develop Marketing and Employee Communications activities and projects (ex. events, printed and e-materials, audio-visuals, company Intranet and Internet Portals
  • Develops articles and press release to promote Company activities with the Employees and to promote Company products and services to local, regional and global trade media
  • Develops and maintains the relationship with key contacts for local and trade media
  • Implements measurements criteria to monitors the Company┬┤s image and reputation
  • Implements surveys and focus groups
  • Write and publish articles

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Journalism
  • Approximately 4-11 years of experience
  • Flexible in traveling occasionally (mostly to Dubai) for training
  • Fluent English and Arabic (essential)
  • Excellent writing skills (English & Arabic)
  • Events Management & Organisation
  • Must be business mind-set, confident with strong communication skills
  • Able to work on own without a team – will lead all comms for Saudi Arabia
  • Ambitious and creative
