I have partnered with one of the largest and most innovative Healthcare providers in the region and am helping them find their new Head of Digital Health.
Responsibilities
- Drive digital business performance and profitability
- Lead development of digital business strategy and road map
- Serve as the point person for all digital initiatives and transformation projects including tele-consultation, e-pharmacy, tele-radiology and data monetization
- Work with Business Verticals, IT, and Finance to plan and execute digital initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Heads to identify digital business opportunities and to adopt or develop solutions based on internal IT assets and capabilities or via third parties
- Lead assessment of new ideas in alignment with overarching strategy & roadmap (strategic fit, resource availability, time to market, revenue/cost impact)
- Build in-house digital capabilities and drive the digital roadmap working with Head of Engineering, Head of Product and Head of Design
- Design and review budget, strategic plan, talent strategy and project portfolio for all digital initiatives
- Design of KPIs in alignment with product owners as well as ongoing tracking of target achievement
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership and management experience, with a strong background in digital projects and customer experience in healthcare
- Advanced degree in Business or Engineering (IT, computer science or equivalent)
- Strategic thinking in examining issues, generating ideas and creating growth plans
- Ability to build sound, data driven investment cases
- Deep knowledge of characteristics of all digital tools including platform features, app features, devices features and data management systems
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce techniques (SEM, SEO), CRM techniques, advanced analytics and innovative ways to use customer data
- Expertise in leading technology projects, including back-end and product development
- Understanding of legacy IT systems and solutions to integration challenges
- Progressive leader with ability to lead cross-functional team and enterprise programs
- Business orientation to use digital activities to contribute to company goals and profit and loss statements
- Problem-solver with result delivery focus
- Easy to work with and team orientated
