Due to expansion into Europe and North America, our client is seeking a talented dynamic and driven individual who wants to rise to the next level in their career as an EA/PA who can be based in Europe, UAE or UK.

The successful candidate will support the Executive Chairman who has over 25 years of experience as Vice Chairman, Director and C-suite Executive and now Entrepreneur and Venture Capitalist.

With such a diverse portfolio responsibility, the Executive Chairman has an ever-changing diary therefore is seeking an experienced and mature problem solver who can react at the flick of a switch to ensure, as priorities change, that the job is done efficiently and accurately.

If you are extremely switched-on, discrete and have the innate ability to pre-empt your Principal’s requirements, this may be the role for you.

You will be challenged regularly, as every action is critical to the success of the business. An acute attention to detail is essential for this role to manage moving priorities across multiple time zones. You will manage a range of duties such as business priorities, properties, international travel, family matters and will be essentially fluent in English, and ideally French or Arabic language skills or both!

To be shortlisted you will need to be/have
• Ideally educated to Degree or Masters’ level from a reputable university
• Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Non-restrictive passport to travel to Europe
