The UAE Government aims to change the face of Higher Education in the country based on the four pillars of quality, efficiency, innovation and harmonisation, providing many opportunities for staff and students alike to directly impact and transform the country and its businesses.

In order for the UAE’s Higher Education establishments to achieve this target, and to compete with the rest of the world, high quality academic staff need to be in place, and HR Director from a prestigious UAE University told us recently “If you compromise on the quality (of staff), in the long term you will have reduced student numbers and the institute’s reputation will be impacted negatively”.

Elaine continues to work in partnership with the Universities of the UAE and the wider GCC to seek out and bring in the best talent from across the world. Elaine says “I am excited about the Higher Education sector. My work directly benefits the youth of the UAE and that gives me a sense of personal satisfaction and a feeling of belonging here.”
