She has a substantial understanding of the Middle East recruitment market and her consultative approach to both clients and candidates makes her a trusted headhunting partner. Carolyn specialises in scaling rockstar teams and ensuring business growth plans can be realised through the hiring of top tier Marketing, PR, Event and Digital Communication leaders. Carolyn is the Team Leader for Sales and Marketing.
Carolyn grew up in South Africa, after high school, she continued her education in public relations. She moved to London and then to the Middle East in 2008, She has worked in media and events but her true calling is in recruitment. She has a young family and is lucky enough to have both her sisters and mother in Dubai, she also plays netball to a competitive level.
