Jag has over 10 years of experience working in the real estate and construction industry, having worked as a chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in renowned client-side and consultancy firms, both in the UK and UAE. Through her personal interest in real estate investment and development, she has a true commercial appreciation of business needs.
Jag has invaluable first-hand experience of client motivations and can fully appreciate the varied and specific skill and role requirements related to the construction sector. She works passionately and professionally to find the right fit to successfully enhance and develop the next phase of her candidate's career, together with supporting a client’s business.
Although Jag has lived in Dubai for over 15 years, she grew up in the UK and studied Geography at Brunel University and followed in the footsteps of family members to pursue a career in construction. She joined the Gardiner & Theobald graduate scheme to train as a chartered Quantity Surveyor. Shortly after completing a Masters in Construction Management at Reading University, she also gained her MRICS chartership at first attempt.
Aside from work, Jag has a personal interest in macro-economics and is also a qualified matwork pilates instructor, and also volunteers for the RICS and a local school.
