After graduating with a First-class honours degree in Social Policy from the University of Birmingham, Keletia went on to join a multinational recruitment company in their finance team. After several promotions, Keletia sought a new challenge in one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in the UK. Keletia is passionate about mobilising the best finance talent within the market, supporting career development and working with organisations to attract and retain diverse talent.
Having moved to Abu Dhabi in 2024 with her young family, Keletia likes to spend her time exploring what the UAE has to offer.
