Louise is the founder of Inspire Selection. After University graduation and a year’s travel, she started her first finance /accounting recruitment job in the UK in 2004 at one of the world’s largest finance recruitment companies, and was quickly promoted to Manager. Louise went on to become the top biller in her city and needed a new challenge which saw her heading to Dubai in early 2008.
She has an entrepreneurial spirit and having excelled in two Dubai-based agencies, decided to branch out and set up Inspire Selection in 2012. Focusing on Finance & Accounting, Louise spends most of her time developing the team, as well as working on senior finance positions.
Louise grew up in Yorkshire and studied for a BA in French at Newcastle University. Louise is recognised as a thought leader in the recruitment industry and continues to remain passionate about placing the highest calibre candidates, as well as being the voice of employees and potential employees to bring about positive change in the workplace. With over 100,000 followers on LinkedIn, Louise often challenges some of the outdated processes, thoughts and issues that are still the norm in the recruitment practices within the region.
Louise is renowned for championing underrepresented groups and employee rights in the workplace, and works tirelessly to break down the barriers and gender stereotypes within the market. When she is not running Inspire Selection Louise spends time with her young family and renovating properties.
